Asset loan

You need money for repair works, holidays, furnishing, but you don’t work under an employment contract? Especially for you we have created the Asset Loan.

You can receive the Asset Loan, if:

• You have a free-lance profession;
• You are a private agricultural producer;
• You are a proprietor of sole proprietorship or a shareholder in Ltd.;
• You have income from rents, royalties and others.

Credit parameters

• Amount – up to BGN 20,000 or the equivalent in EUR or USD

Interest conditions

• Annual interest rate is 15% for loans in BGN and 14% for loans in EUR or USD .

Preferences

• Preferential interest rate of 14% in BGN and 13% in EUR or USD

You use preferential interest rate and fees if you deposit your income in CCB or you pay at least two household bills via the service Utility Bills Subscription. The annual percentage of costs for EUR 10,000 for 5-year term is 14.85%.

• Additional reduction of the interest rate for good customers who have at least one year of credit history in the bank.

Collaterals

• For credit from BGN 200 to BGN 10,000 – one guarantor;
• From BGN 10,000 to BGN 20,000 – two guarantors;
• A possibility for alternative collaterals;
• Preferences for physicians, dentists and pharmacists who have concluded a contract with the National Health Insurance Fund..

Documents we expect you to submit

For you:

• An application for credit after a bank sample – – banks gives it to the customer;
• Documents that authorize the person to practice the respective activity;
• Income certificates;
• A copy of the ID card;  .

For your guarantor:

• For work relations - Certificate for the guarantor – after a bank sample;
• For free-lance professions – income certificate and documents that authorize the person to practice the respective activity;
• A copy of the ID card.

For your convenience you can make APPLICATION ONLINE or print out the required forms, fill them in and present them in the bank office where you serve your bank account. We will answer to your application within two business days.

How much the credit will cost you?

Standard Conditions

• Review  fee – BGN 10;
• Payable only once fees for loan administration:
  - for credits up to 3 years – 2% of the credit amount;
  - for credits over 3 years – 3% of the credit amount.

Preferential Conditions

• Review fee – BGN 5;
• Payable only once fees for loan admnistration:
  - for credits up to 3 years – 1% of the credit amount;
  - for credits over 3 years – 2% of the credit amount.

Fees are collected upon granting of the credit.
